Ingredients:
- 1x avocado
- 1/2 cup macadamias
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp of ginger
- ice cubes
Method:
- Depending on how sharp your blender blade is, you may like to soak or chop the macadamia nuts in half first so they blend easier.
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until ingredients are well combined making sure there are no chucks of macadamias that have not been blended through properly.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon
