  • 1x avocado
  • 1/2 cup macadamias
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • ice cubes
  1. Depending on how sharp your blender blade is, you may like to soak or chop the macadamia nuts in half first so they blend easier. 
  2. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until ingredients are well combined making sure there are no chucks of macadamias that have not been blended through properly. 
  3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon
